Foreign concessions in the USSR textile industry in the 1920s and early 1930s: The public-private partnership experience

Despite the Soviet government’s declarative efforts to engage foreign capital in rebuilding economy during 1920s, most concessions did not last long and were liquidated before respective contracts expired.
